I believe that Pilates is for every body, and honour the fact that each one of us is unique by providing modifications, progressions and adaptations in each class so you can really make the most of your time on the mat. Whether you're an experienced Pilates go-er or a total newbie, there will always be something in my classes for you.
Group classes are a great way to work on the foundations of Pilates and find community, often working with small equipment such as Pilates balls and resistance bands to add that extra challenge!
