Flourish Challenge Info

I'm heading off to Australia for a six week trip at the end of March and I want to keep our little community moving as best I can, even from the other side of the world

 

The Flourish Challenge is my offering to you,  and I hope that by helping you keep a regular Pilates practice you are able to transition from winter to spring feeling your absolute best in body and mind

​

Here’s what you can expect:

  • 15 fun and varied Pilates videos

  • 2-3 classes per week (10-40 mins per session)

  • Weekly Sunday evening emails with upcoming class details, motivation and a schedule to follow for the week ahead

  • 2 FREE additional live classes via Zoom (these are pop-up sessions and won't be repeated or recorded)

  • Classes are mixed-ability level, but not suitable for pre/post-natal members or those suffering with serious injury. Modifications are offered throughout, but please listen to your body and work at a level that feels best for you!

  • Join the Flourish WhatsApp community group* to check in and stay motivated with me and fellow participants! (link to join Whatsapp group) *optional

 

What do you need?

(Don’t worry, small equipment is optional! You can easily substitute with household items like cushions, books, or water bottles.)

Things to note:

  • Videos can be accessed on the website and Fit By Wix App on the page "FLOURISH CHALLENGE" from 31st March

  •  Members can join the challenge at a later date, but may lose the weekly class release emails and optional Zoom classes depending when they join.

  • You have access to the challenge for six weeks from the start date, or from your purchase date if you join later than 31st March.

  • Please read the plan policy at the checkout before purchasing.
