Service Description
Welcome to The Wind Down, the wellness evening designed to encourage a sense of calm through slow Pilates flows and mindful practices. The perfect way to decompress after a long week and take some time for yourself. Think fairylights, candles, herbal teas (or normal cuppas of course!) and uninterupted space to chilllllll. We'll come together at the start of the evening for welcome refreshments, then we'll open our notebooks and dive into a guided journalling session to reflect and focus on different aspects of our own wellness. After this, we'll pop our pens aside and wriggle out any stress or tension with a slow Pilates flow followed by an extra long relaxation to finish our time together What to expect: - Welcome refreshments - 25 min guided journalling - 50 min slow Pilates flow - 20 min relaxation What to bring: - Journal/notebook and pen - Pilates mat - As many layers, pillows, blankets as you like to feel cosy in the space.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact at least 24hrs in advance. If you cancel with less than a days notice you will not be refunded. PLEASE NOTE: only 1 space available per member per class, please only book for yourself and not on behalf of others. This is due to health and safety measures, and to ensure Mollie knows who is expected in class and has a record of any medical considerations in order to plan classes accordingly.
