Start the weekend and the summer strong, roll out your mat for a Pilates class lead by Mollie followed by a deep stretch and mindful relaxation. After movement we'll enjoy a picnic style spread of light bites, sweet treats and refreshments out in the venue's garden (weather permitting!!) Then you'll have the chance to get creative designing and painting your very own ceramic coasters, something you can take home and use to rest your spritzers on in the sunshine. Attendees will receive a MWM gift bag of self-care essentials for the summer season! All you'll need to bring along is your lovely self and a mat.
