Service Description

What better way to end your week than with a relaxing Pilates flow and calming stretch class, finishing with some mindfulness and relaxation. Head into the weekend feeling good in your body and mind, after an hour on the mat focusing yourself, finding length and flow in your amazing body. Beginner friendly / mixed ability level

To cancel or reschedule, please contact at least 24hrs in advance. If you cancel with less than a days notice you will not be refunded. PLEASE NOTE: only 1 space available per member per class, please only book for yourself and not on behalf of others. This is due to health and safety measures, and to ensure Mollie knows who is expected in class and has a record of any medical considerations in order to plan classes accordingly.
