Service Description

We'll work through a variety of classical and contemporary Pilates exercises week by week to help you build up strength, mobility and flexibility in your body, often using small equipment to bring assistance and resistance to the exercises. Then finishing with calming breath-work and relaxation. Suitable for intermediate/mixed ability level.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact at least 24hrs in advance. If you cancel with less than a days notice you will not be refunded. PLEASE NOTE: only 1 space available per member per class, please only book for yourself and not on behalf of others.
