Join the next MWM seasonal event, The Flow & Glow day retreat! Spend the day with Pilates lovers alike and soak up that summer feeling! It's going to be an amazing event filled with all the good stuff - Pilates, good company, mindfulness, calm and crafty activities, gorgeous gifts, delicious food and hopefully a little sunshine too.

We'll begin the day with a moment of mindfulness as we settle on our mats and work through some short journal prompts to become to set some intentions for the day ahead. Then we'll move into the first of two Pilates classes - a gorgeous, zesty 1hr flow to energise you and feel the heat!
