Today's Pilates practice is an intermediate level full body flow, working top to toe through the arms, core and lower body to cultivate a sense of strength in body and mind 💪 We'll be moving through each exercise with minimal rest times, so try to stay in the flow if you can but do take a rest whenever you need to and come back to the practice in your own time!
