Mollie is a fantastic instructor always providing layers to her workouts for all abilities but also encouraging us to push ourselves outside of our comfort zones and develop on each exercise. The classes are a really friendly environment and Mollie hosts some great events from socials to coffee mornings. I’ve seen so much progress in myself over the last year and look forward to my pilates classes each week!"

"Thank you Mollie! I have totally enjoyed the Flourish Challenge It has been lovely to feel part of our little community and to keep on track with my practice. I know without it, I would have done nothing or made excuses. As I'm the sort of person that needs a little convincing/pressure it was perfect! (In my head (only) I would have been letting you down if I didn't complete it! The sessions were perfect for fitting in with my day and being different length of times, sometimes I would double up or just pick a short one if I didn't have much time. I am so thankful to you for all your hard work in doing them for us all. I can't wait to get back to the mat in person! I feel this experience has brought our community closer together too. Thank you for making an older lady 'get off her butt' and move! xx"

"Mollie, I could rattle on for ages about the wonders of your Pilates classes - You're always positive and encouraging with us. Never critical or negative and you will always correct us very constructively, often with gentle reminders to the whole group, and you always keep the door open for members of all abilities by encouraging us to listen to our bodies etc. There is always fun, which doesn't become a distraction. You maintain a strong focus without being intense! Thank you so much, Mollie, for all that you do! - and for all the extra things you do to enrich the 'community' you have formed, eg 'newsys' - always brilliant! - socials, coffee clubs, outdoors sessions, video sessions, retreat days, activity days etc, etc, etc. All are very much appreciated"

"The Wind Down" was so special In the hustle and bustle of life and often neglecting relaxation and mindfulness practice of just being, I was looking forward to attending Mollies wind down event of journaling, stretching and relaxation. I attend Mollies Pilates class during the week as well as some of the events she holds so I knew this event would not disappoint . I had the best night sleep I’ve had in a long time ! Mollie created a calming space for us all to get cosy and just be present on our mats . I left feeling like I was floating on a cloud , I was so relaxed and I cannot wait for the next one .
