To celebrate one year of qualifying and teaching you gorgeous humans, and to thank you for your continued support, I'd love for you to join me on the mat for a celebration of all things Pilates - Whether you're new to the community or have been here from the start, everyone is welcome! We'll start with a fun and fiery flow before we wind down and restore our bodies with a deep yoga inspired stretch and relaxation. Then we'll pop our mats to the side and indulge in some delicious cakes and nibbles and have a little social to end our Pilates party! All you need to bring is your lovely selves and your mat ❣️
