About the event
Give back to yourself and take some time for you through a morning of feel-good movement, mindful practices and self-care - I can't wait to welcome you onto the mat as we find moments of calm together in body and mind.Â
We'll begin the day with a welcome drink before settling on our mats with our notebooks to work through some reflective journal prompts, curating your own affirmations and setting intentions for the day ahead. We'll then pop our pens and paper aside to become present in our bodies as we move through a full body, feel-good Pilates flow! The class will be mixed-ability and beginner friendly, so whether you're a seasoned Pilates go-er or a total newbie to the practice there will be something in it for you! (please note: not suitable for pre/post-natal clients). To bring our class to a close, you will have the chance to sink into a restorative relaxation to calm the body and the mind, the ultimate you-time! We'll end the morning holding space for connections and community, enjoying a variety of refreshments, teas, coffees, fresh juices. All attendees will receive a gift bag of self-care essentials and Pilates goodies!

- 9:50am-10:00am: Arrival, Welcome Drink & Gift Bag
- Â 10:00am-10:30am: Journalling Workshop
- 10:30am-11:30am: Full Body Pilates Class
- 11:30am-11:45am: Restorative Relaxation
- 11:45am-12:30pm: Refreshments & Community
What You'll Need To Bring:
- A Pilates/Yoga Mat; it is recommended that attendees have with their own mat, there are a limited number of spares so if you require one please email info@movewithmollie.co.uk to reserve one.
- Â Water to stay hydrated
- Notebook/Journal and Pen
- A small hand towel if needed for any extra padding
- Come in comfortable clothes/activewear that you can move in, feel free to layer up for the relaxation to get nice and cosy!
Parking/Public Transport:
There is free parking on site, however if the car park is full you can also park on the road in the estate free of charge.Â
Blue Star bus stops can be found on Whites Way and Tolbar Way or Hedge End Train Station is a 14 min walk away.
