The Hush Before The Rush is BACK! Take some time just for you before the seasons festivities begin and join me for a retreat day filled with feel-good Pilates, mindful practices, yummy nibbles and drinks with time to wind down and reflect on your year 🥰

The day will begin with brief journalling workshop to become present in the moment and set your intention for the day, we'll then flow through a feel good Pilates class followed by a chance to chit chat the morning away with fellow MWM members and Pilates lovers over mince pies, festive nibbles and mulled wine! You can continue your convo's over a creative and crafty activity as we decorate our own baubles for the Christmas tree!
