Service Description

Whether you're a seasoned MWM member or a total newbie to the wonderful world of Pilates, this workshop is designed to deepen your understanding of the Pilates principles, iron out any bad habits and refresh and refine your practice!! We'll be going in depth into the importance imprinting the spine for core stability, finding your neutral spine and pelvis in supine and 4 point positions, and setting up the body for effective prone and side lying work. PLEASE NOTE: only 1 space available per member per class, please only book for yourself and not on behalf of others.
